As I write this, the first snow of the year is falling (6” forecast today!) I’m spending the weekend cooking and baking with the produce I picked at my mom’s farm a few weeks ago. Roast Carrots, Carrot Soup, Carrot Cake, oh my! Thankfully, Mountain Roots has put together these storage tips so you and I can enjoy our CSA, garden and farmer’s market goodies for months to come.
A note of thanks this Thanksgiving month. I’m so grateful for our awesome, hardworking and passionate clients, the incredibly talented and big-hearted ROOT team, and the ability to do good by sharing good news in the good food world.
HAPPY THANKSGIVING Y’ALL! 🥕🙏🦃
