Bubbies’ Dirty Spicy Martini recipe was featured within the spring 2023 print issue of BARTENDER Magazine 🍸 Their probiotic-rich foods were also highlighted as a “product to buy” in Daily Meal’s “5 Pickle Brands To Buy, And 5 To Avoid” article.

Did you know that Colorado now has locally sourced meal kits? Founder of Spade & Spoon, Joy Rubey, was featured on this 9News Colorado & Company segment dishing out everything you need to know about their meal boxes. S&S was also featured in Boulder Weekly’s online and print issue article “Unboxing local flavors” article earlier last month!

Gastamo Group is opening a Lady Nomada in Belmar at the end of May! We’re psyched to be handling the grand opening PR for this gorgeous, Baja-inspired Gastamo Group restaurant. Be sure to follow us on Instagram for more news on their exact opening date. 

Farow restaurant got lots of love from local favorite Boulder Weekly, including winning “BEST RESTAURANT IN BOULDER COUNTY”!! Their MASA Seed Foundation x Slow Food Boulder County seed exchange event was also featured here for Earth Day.

The April issue of Denver Life Magazine included a stellar profile on OAK at Fourteenth Chef-Owner Steven Redzikowski, and Bartender Magazine chose OAK’s new beverage director, Colin Griffith, as their “Featured Beverage Director” this month.

This Collective Colorado article, “A Program in Gunnison Is Providing Fresh, Local Food to Teachers—For Free” applauds the work that Mountain Roots Food Project and Gunnison-Hinsdale Early Childhood Council (ECC) are doing to provide healthy food to local Southwest Colorado teachers.

Kuvy and Edible Denver magazine Publisher Ashley at Denver’s Bowl of ‘Zole event last month! 🥣🏅

Kuvy and John spent 3 days Gunnison, CO where they led a Brand Alignment & Visioning Session for 10 food hubs and other big hearted, hard working people championing local food in SW Colorado and beyond. Some special moments from the trip included tours of Guidestone Colorado’s Historic Hutchinson Homestead in Salida, and their Community & School Farm, where they learned about everything from high tunnels to floating hydroponic gardens.

We had a blast celebrating Megan’s birthday at Uchi Denver. Soft shell crab, temaki rolls, spring spritzers and more! 🦀
