Tune in to Denver’s FOX31 on Tuesday May 14 at 10:45am when Jennifer Peters, owner of Just BE Kitchen (with locations in Boulder and Denver, CO) talks about gluten-free swaps and what to do if you or someone you love is diagnosed with celiac.  (And if you haven’t visited Just BE yet, you should! They just swept the Boulder Weekly Best of Boulder awards for multiple categories.)

Parkway Food Hall is opening May 20, and will put Longmont on the foodie map! 🍔🍕 The 16,000-square-foot venue will include Baa Haachi Japanese street food (see photo), Pie Dog thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas, H3sh3r whole hog barbecue, Spice Fusion Indian-Thai fusion cuisine, Cleaver & Co grilled burgers, Shawarma Shack Mediterranean, Chile con Quesadilla tacos, and lots more. They’ll have specials and live music on Memorial Day. More info here

May 22nd, 4:30 pm MT (CSU Spur, Denver, CO):  Naturally Boulder’s Spring Fling. Spring Fling Showcase, dinner buffet and bar.
